ESTATE AGENT JERSEY - WEB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Built using Concrete5 CMS (MVC PHP)
As previously mentioned, Concrete5 is one of our favourites with good reason. It's so easy for the client to manage their website without the knowledge of programming. We developed a range of custom Concrete5 blocks, packages and pre-defined CSS styles to make life even easier for the client.
Property listings, Property Galleries and Arranging Viewings
With this website being for an estate agent, it's vital that there was a way for the client to be able to upload properties for the public to view, and that's exactly what we did. The client can easily list/edit/remove any type of property they wish from the secure administration panel and visitors can view these properties on the listing page and arrange viewings if they are interested in buying.
Each property also have it's own image gallery so that visitors can view pictures of the properties they are interested in. The gallery is fully responsive just like the wbesite, meaning it can be viewed on any device.
Along with the property listing page, we also developed a search facility with several filters such as minimum/maximum price, bedrooms, reference and more. With the search facility in place, it makes sourcing properties much easier for visitors.
When we were given this project, we were very excited about it for several reasons. The first being is that it was to be strictly built using Concrete5 which is a Content Management System based on the MVC PHP framework. Concrete5 is one of our favourite CMS's, so of course we were going to get excited about it.
The website is for an estate agent based in Jersey where they can list the properties they have been given to sell on the market. Users can view several different properties on the website and arrange viewings if they are interested in buying. We developed several custom Concrete5 blocks, packages and custom editor CSS pre-defined styles to make the management of the website super easy for the client.
The website is also fully responsive and used the Bootstrap3 framework to achieve this. It looks great on all devices from desktops to mobiles, which essentially makes the perfect user experience.
