Residents and businesses can submit questions for a review of partnership working in Worthing town centre. The Joint Overview and Scrutiny Committee (JOSC) will meet at Worthing Town Hall at 6.30pm on Wednesday 4 November 2026; questions must be emailed to [email protected] by midday on Friday 30 October.

What the committee will review

JOSC will hear how organisations work together to support the town centre, what they believe is working and where collaboration could improve. Representatives will make recommendations and answer questions from councillors.

The committee aims to present any recommendations from the meeting to Adur & Worthing Councils’ Joint Strategic Committee for consideration. The review is part of JOSC’s role holding decision-makers, both within and outside the councils, to account. Residents and businesses can learn more about the town centre review.
