Ealing residents, businesses and community groups can apply to join local Town Teams and help decide practical priorities for their area, from high street improvements to cleaner green spaces.

The volunteer roles are part of Your Voice, Your Town, a community-led programme supported by Ealing Council. Applications close at 11.45pm on Sunday 21 June 2026.

Town Teams cover Ealing’s seven local areas

Town Teams bring together residents, businesses, community and faith groups, and councillors across the borough’s seven towns. Members meet regularly to agree local priorities and help turn ideas into action.

The work can include planning community events, identifying problems such as safety or cleanliness, supporting local projects and working with the council or partner organisations where action is needed.

Ealing Council says funding may be used to support local ideas where required. The model is intended to give people who know their area a clearer route into decision-making, rather than leaving local priorities only to formal council processes.

Who can apply to become a member

The role is open to people who care about their area and want to take part in practical local improvements. Applicants do not need to already hold a community role.

Town Teams are expected to include a mix of residents, local organisations, businesses, faith groups and councillors, so different experiences and views are represented when priorities are set.
